msconfig.exe is a file
which helps to edit and administer text configuration files such as win.ini and autoexec.bat.
Msconfig is used to control
what programs and services start with your computer. Its very helpful in
troubleshooting startup problems as well as poor performance and getting rid of
spyware and viruses.
