What are your top New Year's IT resolutions?

It's that time of year -- time to reflect on 2013. Did you move too much -- or not enough -- to the cloud in 2013? Did you overdo it on getting your applications just right prior to deployment? Do you wish you had allocated more resources to IT staff development and training? Everyone has their pain points and regrets, but we want to end the year on a positive note -- we want to hear your top New Year's IT resolutions for 2014.
During the event, reply to questions posed by SearchCIO, engage with your fellow Twitter users, or simply observe the conversation under the #CIOChat hashtag.Join SearchCIO Wednesday, Dec. 18, on Twitter to discuss your intentions for IT in the new year. Our site editors and writers will be joined by expert contributor Harvey Koeppel, president of Pictographics Inc., a management and technology advisory and consulting services firm, and a former CIO himself. Bring your IT resolutions, no matter how pie in the sky, and let's talk about how to make them a reality.
