1)register lic,
2)set drm commands

   Set drmplanfile

   Set drminstrprefix

   Set drmmountable

   Set drmcouriername

   Set drmvalut

   Set drmprimstg

   Set drmcopystg

   Set drmdbbexpire

   Set drmplanfile

   Set drmcommandline

3)After this take backup of primstg to copystg

4)take backup of db, volh and devconfig to deviceclass

5)run prepare

6)prepare list of vols that has to send offsite

7)moving the vol using move drm media * wherestate= tostate=
